Hugh J. Marbury will present “AI, Copyright & Fair Use” to the law firm of Stubbs Alderton & Markiles, LLP as part of its “AI Expert Speakers Series.” Hugh’s presentation will cover the current state of the Fair Use defense to claims of copyright infringement and other legal developments in pending AI litigation around the Country. Hugh also will discuss his involvement with the American Law Institute Restatement of the Law: Copyright and his AI client, Common Crawl Foundation.
