Jason Domark and Ellen Morris Named to Legal Elite Notable Managing Partners List by Florida Trend

MIAMI, August 27, 2024 – Jason Domark and Ellen Morris have been named to Florida Trend’s 2024 Legal Elite Notable Managing Partners list. The list recognizes managing partners who are making a difference in local, state, national, and global arenas. Those named to the list also serve as mentors within their offices and volunteers throughout their communities.

Domark focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on international litigation, fiduciary litigation, and real estate-related litigation. He has created and managed worldwide litigation strategies for multinational corporations and individuals in disputes involving United States, European, South American, Caribbean, and Asian jurisdictions. Domark frequently litigates fiduciary duty issues for corporations, partnerships, trusts, professionals, and other entities and individuals. He has also represented numerous developers, contractors, and land owners in all manner of real estate-related disputes, including construction and design issues, delay claims, turnover litigation, easement rights, and eminent domain proceedings. He previously served on the board of directors of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami as the Habitat Young Professionals president, president emeritus, and networking chair, and served as the RISE Membership Chair for Guitars Over Guns. 

Morris concentrates her practice on elder law and special needs law transactions and litigation. She is a devoted advocate for her clients and participates in elder law and special needs law-related legislative initiatives, dedicating much of her time to analyzing new laws and regulations affecting seniors, people with disabilities, and their families who require government services and protection. Morris is co-chair of the Joint Public Policy Task Force of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar and the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys for the Elderly and Disabled. She is a Washington Club and Congressional Club member of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and is on the executive committee of AIPAC of South Florida. She frequently lectures on a variety of elder law topics, including Medicaid qualification and special needs trusts for disability planning.
