Akash has extensive experience advising managers of hedge funds, private equity funds, and other pooled investment vehicles in connection with their structuring, formation, and ongoing operational needs, including with respect to drafting and negotiating the full suite of organizational and offering documents, side letters, and service provider agreements.
During his career, Akash has counseled private investment fund managers on a wide range of fund formation and compliance matters, including fund structuring and formation, corporate and regulatory compliance, and day-to-day operations.
Akash earned his J.D. from New York Law School in 2019 and his B.A. from St. John's University in 2014.
