Guy A. Bell

Guy Bell focuses his practice on subrogation and recovery. Guy's practice involves investigating and litigating large, catastrophic property loss claims in both state and federal courts on behalf of the firm's many national insurance clients. He has litigated numerous cases, securing favorable recoveries before juries, judges and arbitration panels. In addition, Guy has successfully negotiated dozens of settlements on behalf of his clients, always aiming to do so in the most efficient and cost effective manner.    

Guy received his Bachelor of Arts in history from Marshall University in 1995. He also earned his Master of Arts in history from Marshall in 1998. In 2001, he earned his law degree, cum laude, from New York Law School, where he served as executive notes and comments editor for the Journal of International and Comparative Law. He is admitted to practice before the courts of the state of New York as well as before the Eastern and Southern District Courts of New York. He is also admitted to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales having become qualified and admitted to the bar in the United Kingdom in 2012.
