Nicholas concentrates his practice on insurance litigation. He is experienced in deposing witnesses, motions practice, trial preparation, and conducting legal research.
Most recently, Nicholas was an attorney with a midsized law firm in New York City, where he practiced medical malpractice and medical liability defense. Before that, he served as part leader and assistant corporate counsel in the tort division of the New York City Law Department's Brooklyn Borough Office. There, he managed a wide variety of cases at all stages of the pre-trial civil litigation process.
Nicholas earned his B.A. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and his J.D. from Syracuse University, where he was an editor of the Syracuse Journal of International Law and Commerce.
