Amanda counsels aviation and aerospace industry clients on regulatory and statutory compliance and interpretation, and litigation and administrative enforcement risk management.

Most recently, Amanda was an associate with a Chambers-ranked aviation practice of a full-service national law firm. Before that, she served as an attorney adviser at the Federal Aviation Administration’s Office of the Chief Counsel, where she advised on regulatory and statutory compliance for airmen certification, new entrant integration, urban air mobility, and commercial space transportation.

Amanda began her legal career as a federal judicial law clerk for the U.S. District Court of New Mexico, where she worked on civil litigation matters, including discovery disputes, pre-trial hearings, dispositive motions, jury and bench trials, post-trial motions, and settlement enforcements.

Amanda earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law, where she was an executive editor of the Duquesne Law Review, graduated third in her class, and was named to the National Order of Barristers. She earned her B.A. in international studies and French from Allegheny College.
