Krystal serves as the firm’s director of partner recruitment working closely with firm, department, and practice group management to expand and grow Cozen O’Connor in key markets nationally and internationally. Working alongside the rest of the Strategic Expansion team, she focuses on the recruitment and integration of individual lateral partners as well as lateral partner groups and firm mergers and acquisitions.
Krystal joined the firm with over a decade of legal recruiting experience both within a reputable, international search firm and other Am Law law firms. Prior to transitioning her career into recruiting, she practiced law for over five years at two Am Law 50 firms in New York. Krystal earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in Latin American studies from New York University and went on to earn her law degree from the University of Chicago.
