Ashley Park

Associate

Ashley concentrates her practice on general corporate and business law matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ashley was first a summer associate and, later, a corporate associate with a multinational Am Law 100 firm headquartered in Chicago where she represented clients in several six-figure transactions.

Ashley is a graduate of Harvard Law School, where she was co-managing editor of the Harvard Journal of Sports & Entertainment Law. During law school, Ashley interned with the San Francisco 49ers, where she conducted legal research and assisted with reviewing and drafting employment, sponsorship, licensing, and vendor agreements. Before attending law school, Ashley served with Teach for America in Oakland, California, where she taught middle school math and science to beginning English speakers. She earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami.
