Max Weiner is a technical specialist, assisting the firm's patent prosecution clients by reviewing and assessing the technology of invention disclosures.
Before joining Cozen O'Connor, Max earned his masters and doctor of philosophy in physics from the University of Colorado, Boulder and worked as a graduate research assistant in theoretical nuclear physics and at the Laboratory for Atmosphere and Space Physics. He also worked as an undergraduate research assistant with University of Colorado, Boulder’s Neutrino Group, graduating summa cum laude and culminating in an honors thesis titled “Gas Cherenkov Muon Monitor for the DUNE Neutrino Oscillation Experiment.”
